Riflettere per costruire
Riflettere è un passo per comprendere e costruire.
Perchè non si migliora il mondo per i propri figli? In realtà non si rende migliore neppure per noi stessi e per chi coabita in esso, seppure l’essere genitori possa fare leva per una miglore qualità della vita; questo non sembra essere sufficiente anzi a volte spinge a lavorare di più per produrre. Troppe le situazioni che fanno venire meno la fiducia, che pongono dei condizonamenti e non permettono di sentire che; nel proprio piccolo, realmente si possano avere delle soluzioni. Eppure basterebbe un controllo della qualità degli acquisti relativamente a cosa si introduca tra le proprie pareti domestiche ( ci sono più veleni in una casa che in un ambiente risaputo come insalubre), nel nostro piatto, e sulla qualità del tempo che spendiamo
per ” ricaricarci”. Una vita che sia votata solo al lavoro, al produrre qualcosa che sia tangibile e releghi come ” perdita di tempo” la lettura, una passeggiata, il contatto con noi stessi e con un dialogo amorevole con chi ci circonda; spesso producendo sforzi solo per erigere barriere; con la convinzione che le
cose ” astratte” contino poco, allontanando quello che possa distrarre o non coltivando dei rapporti umani costruttivi ed amichevoli per diffidenza o timore, è sicuramente un modo, non solo per seminare male nei confronti di noi stessi ma, di conseguenza per gli altri, non ultimi i nostri figli.
Uno sforzo produttivo nel cercare di non sprecare i beni; come l’acqua, il tempo, il denaro e quanto sia legato alle energie è un modo per essere capaci di collaborare con responsabilità.
Ma importante è la ricerca alla consapevolezza e alla trasformazione per migliorare noi stessi ed il rapporto con gli altri, facendo fiorire : gentilezza, compassione ed amore.
Quando avremo migliorato la qualità del nostro quotidiano, nello sforzo delle piccole cose, saremo in grado di riflettere e cogliere in cosa possiamo migliorare attimo per attimo;il nostro vivere e di conseguenza;saper proiettare serenità e pace interiore senza dualità per essere capaci di farne dono agli altri.. Ecco che si prospetta, a volte un capovolgimento di valori, un rendersi conto che piuttosto che l’accumulo di beni materiali, con conseguente stress e discutibile valore della vita, sai da preferire il rispetto e la conservazione; senza inutili sprechi dei beni esistenti e questo diverrebbe anche uno strumento ( da genitori) di educazione all’ecologia che sia capace di accorgersi di quello che abbiamo la fortuna di avere, ma senza dimenticare di alimentare il valore dell’” essere”; quello strumento che sappia farci condividere e offrire con compassione il nostro sentire.

Opposti in ricerca di unità
Nella società e nella visione legata alla struttura delle cose tutto è separato e posto in antagonismo : Luce/Ombra – Giorno/Notte- Buono/Cattivo .Eppure sono aspetti mutabili della stessa cosa a noi comprendere ed integrare. E’ vero che si tende a produrre il disagio della separazione , seppure il mondo sia duale con gli opposti , questo non significa che il campo della ricerca che coinvolga la ” Luce” o quello che appare nascosto e protetto prevalentemente negli stati alterati di coscienza debba essere colto fuori dagli aspetti prettamente “quotidiani” Le cose sono più semplici di quello che appaia e seppure sembra che la capacità di studio, di disciplina o di ricerca di mezzi per trovare la parte legata alla spiritualità o il modo di alterare la coscienza richieda un particolare sforzo e sopratutto l’allontanamento dalla vita comune , è pur vero che si richiede padronanza e consapevolezza proprio nella vita ” ordinaria ” . Si perde altrimenti di vista una cosa importante , non si deve infatti sfuggire il disagio , le paure o le ombre – lo stress del vivere – è invece proprio quello l’ambito che la vita stessa ci presenta per apprendere le nostre lezioni .
Ogni esperienza è opportunità per porre le sue lezioni , a noi il modo di reagire .Ci si offre un piano sottile per comprendere che solo in noi è la capacità di donare amore o rabbia , luce o ombra a noi stessi e agli altri . Importante la legge di causa ed effetto o Karma e se si lasciasse qualcosa di incompiuto per ricercare ” paradisi artificiali” nella vana illusione di progredire , lasciando da parte il tunnel delle ombre , in realtà non andremmo molto lontano .Si deve vedere in faccia la realtà per avere poi la capacità di trasformarla e integrarla come accade con i due emisferi cerebrali ( Ragione e Sentimento ) sono le due parti del nostro piccolo universo e con la Com-passione possiamo amare , perdonare e comprendere noi stessi e gli altri .Utile la disciplina del buddismo – tra le altre – che fa ” osservare e accogliere” sentimenti come la rabbia e ci consente di migliorare la nostra vita .Sopratutto è aprendoci e confrontandoci che possiamo smettere di creare barriere inutili.

Opposites in search of unity
In society and the vision related to the structure of things everything is separated and placed in antagonism: Light / Shadow – Day/Night – Good / Bad. Yet variable aspects are the same things to us to understand and integrate. It is true that we tend to produce the inconvenience of the separation, although the world is opposed to duality. This does not mean that research involving the “Light” or what is hidden and protected mainly in altered states of consciousness should be strictly picked out “daily” from the aspects. Things are more simple than it appears and although it seems that the ability to study, discipline or research resources to find the part related to spirituality or how to alter the consciousness, requires special effort and especially the separation from common life, the fact remains that it requires knowledge and awareness in their “ordinary” lives. Otherwise you lose sight of something important. It must not escape the discomfort, the fears and shadows – the stress of living – is just to what extent that life itself presents us to learn our lessons.
Every experience is the opportunity to put its lessons to us how to react. It offers a subtle plan to understand that only in us is the ability to give love or anger, or light shade to ourselves and to others. It is important to the law of cause and effect or karma, and if you leave something unfinished to search for “artificial paradises” in the illusion of progress to no purpose, leaving the tunnel of darkness, do not actually go very far. We must see the reality then to have the ability to transform and integrate it as with the two cerebral hemispheres (Reason and Feelings) which are the two parts of our little universe, and the Com-passion to love, forgive and understand ourselves and others. Utile discipline Buddhism – among others – which is “to observe and accept” feelings such as anger that allows us to improve our lives. Especially when opening and comparing them we can stop creating unnecessary barriers.
