Il nostro mondo

Tutti noi abbiamo dimenticato la condizione del fanciullo,
del cuore puro che sa accogliere senza separazione ogni avvenimento della vita,
con amore incondizionato. Forse il condizionamento che noi abbiamo subito è stato
motivo di questo senso di inadeguatezza e non ci permette di cercare nel profondo di noi stessi
la nostra vera natura per poi maniestarla. Noi non possiamo dare nulla se prima non impariano
a leggere in noi quel che siamo. Come possiamo dare dei sacchi vuoti se prima
non comprendiamo la nostra vera natura?
Qualcuno afferma che siamo noi stessi a creare il nostro mondo:
immagini, idee, sensazioni che possono essere un modo di interpretare la realtà?
Ma è anche vero che siamo creatori di quello che è un percorso che potrebbe essere
pieno di paure del passato, di attaccamenti oppure una porta aperta
alla bellezza di un cuore che vive il presente con amore.

Our world
All of us have forgotten the condition of the child,
the pure heart that can embrace every event of music life without separation,
with unconditional love. Perhaps the conditioning that we have suffered have been
because of this sense of inadequacy and does not allow us to look deep within ourselves
our true nature then manifest it . We can not take anything without first learning
to read in what we are. How can we make of empty bags before
we do not understand our true nature?
Someone says that we ourselves create our world,
images, ideas, feelings that may be a way of interpreting reality?
But it is also true that we are the creators of what is a way that may be
full of fears of the past, attachment, or an open door
to the beauty of a living heart with this love.

Impermanenza
Tutto arriva e tutto passa, cosa rimane allora?
Non quello che oggi vede l’occhio,
non quello che si può ascoltare,
non quello che conosce il tatto
ma solo quello che è oltre questo stato materiale di coscienza.
Quando noi proviamo attaccamento ad una idea, a una immagine della realtà,
costruita dalla mente, ci accorgiamo come questa possa essere diversa
dalle cose che vediamo svanire perchè sono impermanenti,
Una illusione è la porta aperta alla delusione e alla sofferenza.
Dobbiamo avere fiducia, compassione e attenzione perchè solo quando
non proviamo attaccamento non cadiamo nelle illusioni e nelle delusioni.

Impermanence
Everything comes and everything goes, what remains then?
Not what to eye sees today,
not what you may hear,
no know what you feel
but only that which is beyond this material state of consciousness.
When we feel attachment to an idea, an image of reality,
constructed by the mind, we realize that this may be different
from what we see vanish because they are impermanent,
An illusion is the door open to disappointment and suffering.
We must have faith, compassion and attention because when we do not
feel attachment no fall in of Illusions and disappointments.

Noi siamo quello che pensiamo
Noi siamo quello che pensiamo:
intenzioni, pensieri e azioni sono quel mondo che noi stessi
costruiamo dentro di noi, essi sono l’occhio che guarda e interpreta
il mondo esterno a noi. Allora se dentro di noi nasce una idea di cosa e corretto e cosa è scorretto, ma applichiamo questo solo verso gli altri ( e non guardiamo dentro noi stessi le cause delle nostre idee e sensazioni) noi creiamo una idea di separazione.
Cosa rimane allora se sentiamo noi stessi separati da tutto?
Nulla…solo la sensazioni di essere soli e sofferenti, immersi in una condizione dove perdiamo ogni cosa.
Vivere con la capacità si essere nel momento presente, senza attaccamento al passato o aspettativa verso il futuro apre la opportunità a vedere le cose con una prospettiva profonda – che parte da noi stessi ed abbraccia il mondo – in accoglienza e gentilezza amorevole perchè nulla è separato e noi non perdiamo nulla.

We are what we believe
We are what we believe:
intentions, thoughts and actions are that world that we ourselves
build within us, they are to eye which looks and plays
the outside world to us. So if born in us an idea of what is correct and what is wrong, but this only apply to others (and no look within ourselves the causes of our ideas and feelings) we create an idea of separation.
What remains then, if we feel ourselves separate from everything?
Nothing … only the feeling of being alone and suffering, submerged in a situation where we lose everything.
Live with it the ability to be in the present moment, without expectation or attachment to the past to the future opens up the opportunity to see things with a deep perspective – which part of ourselves and embrace the world – in acceptance and loving kindness because nothing is separate and we no lose anything.
